There is nothing to lose but false illusions and versions of yourself that no longer serve you. Do it for yourself, your children and future generations. I’m proposing we strive for this as an ideal knowing we’re human and here to learn from one another as an ongoing process of evolution.
We engage honestly and compassionately at all times to the best of our ability.
If we act out in reaction, we do our very best to move toward the discomfort as quickly as possible to dissipate and transmute that energy rather than turning away from it, creating further divide or split.
Agree to be aware of your reactions, triggers, and take measures to self soothe, communicate the need for space, or whatever is necessary to avoid acting from a wounded ego state as much as possible.
Lead with Grace and Presence.
Agree to show up authentically, uncensored, and unabashedly, being who you are in your full power.
Understand your way of showing up may not be resonant for everyone. Agree to allow for an amicable, loving separation and distancing when needed. Understand this is sometimes necessary for mutual growth and grounding in one’s own truth and sovereignty.
Agree to maintain awareness of our attempts to control or manipulate others in order to meet our needs through overt or covert methods. We do this by asking ourselves the motive behind our actions or words in order to stay conscious and mindful.
Agree to use your voice in stating your intentions and needs in the moment as much as possible.
