The last year has been challenging for most to say the least. I have been living on a mountain in isolation for almost 2 years. I experienced many deep lessons and released many dense energies. Yet the greatest growth I experienced occurred while doing a Constellation with Jenna. The 1st Constellation we did: I had been triggered opening a flood of very old wound/trauma energy. The Constellation unlocked dense energies from a cellular level and awarenesses of events I had blocked. I was able to access, observe and shift my perceptions of the events.
